We are Georgi Todorov and Veselin Angelov \u2014 co-founders of Cool Rent A Car. We started this business with one simple but important goal: to offer the <\/span>honest, high-quality, and fair service<\/b> that we ourselves didn’t receive when we needed it.<\/span><\/p>

In the summer of 2025, Veselin was looking for a rental car to travel to Greece. He contacted several rent-a-car companies in Bulgaria but was met with <\/span>rude attitudes, unclear terms, and a lack of professionalism<\/b>. Instead of getting help and convenience, he encountered arrogance and disappointment.<\/span><\/p>

That’s when we said to ourselves: <\/span>“We can do it better.”<\/b><\/p>
