WHO ARE WE?
We are Georgi Todorov and Veselin Angelov — co-founders of Cool Rent A Car. We started this business with one simple but important goal: to offer the honest, high-quality, and fair service that we ourselves didn’t receive when we needed it.
In the summer of 2025, Veselin was looking for a rental car to travel to Greece. He contacted several rent-a-car companies in Bulgaria but was met with rude attitudes, unclear terms, and a lack of professionalism. Instead of getting help and convenience, he encountered arrogance and disappointment.
That’s when we said to ourselves: “We can do it better.”
That’s how Cool Rent A Car was born — a company created not just to rent out cars, but to create a pleasant, clear, and fair experience for every customer. Our philosophy is simple:
